The JDM5Z Plus is a 5-axis dry zirconia milling machine built for dental laboratories and clinics that require high throughput, precision, and autonomy. It features automatic disc/changer capabilities (in the Pro version), high spindle speeds up to 60,000 rpm, and supports a range of materials such as zirconia, PMMA, wax, PEEK, cobalt-chrome, and more. With air-cooled high-frequency spindle, servo motors on every axis, and full 360° A-axis rotation plus ±30° or ±90° on the B-axis, it delivers versatile milling. The machine is designed to run continuously, with tool-changer and disc-changer options to allow nearly unattended milling of multiple discs or blanks.
